Montiel will happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in saleable condition for a full refund. 
Your return must be received within 20 business days from the date you received your shipment.
All sale items are final and not eligible for a return.
To process a return, please follow the following steps:
Please email and include your email, Invoice number and reason for your return, as well as any feedback for us.
We will send you a return request via email which will include a shipping label.
Print and attach the return label to your original shipping box.
Seal your package and send it to sunny L.A.!
Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund for the items that you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed.
For U.S. customers, please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track each package once it leaves your hands. We cannot guarantee a lost return that has been sent using a method other than our pre-paid return labels.
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
International Customers
If you are living outside of the U.S. and need to make a return, please follow the instructions above and send your package to the address below. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue return labels to our international customers.
